Part 1: Centre Assess uses CQ Pro as the on-line tool that provides an academically based predictive assessment of unique cultural intelligence (CQ) dimensions that specifically points to one's effectiveness when in culturally diverse settings.
Part 2: Centre Learn uses MyCQ as the on-line e-learning tool designed especially for an organization whose staff will not attend a face-to-face debrief after completing the CQ Pro assessment. The content is customized for each learner so that course modules reflect their personal scores from the CQ assessment.
Part 3: Centre Briefing is an annual report providing the organization qualitative & quantitative aggregate findings for all individuals who have been part of Centre In-The-House.
